Monthly Subscription Options:
Upon enrolling in one of our monthly service plans, your credit or debit card will be charged $29.99-$49.99, depending on the chosen plan, immediately. Subsequently, the same amount will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day until you decide to cancel your plan. After completing the payment and registration for your monthly service plan, we will remotely connect to your device with your consent to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic, scan, cleaning, and optimization. Following this, we will configure your data backup and anti-virus software based on the plan you have selected. Additionally, we will perform a scheduled tune-up and optimization of your computer semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly, depending on your chosen package. During the scheduled tune-up, we will conduct a thorough system scan, remove any threats, and optimize your system.
In addition to your regularly scheduled maintenance, the premium plan offers two complimentary remote support sessions per month, while the advanced plan offers one. For the basic plan, or if you have exceeded your monthly limit with the advanced or premium plan, any additional unscheduled remote support session will incur a fee of $20. Please be aware that third-party service providers operate independently and may have their own pricing and service structures. All current and prospective customers will receive a complimentary remote support assessment, regardless of whether they opt for a monthly subscription or a one-time service. Recommendations for service plans will be tailored to each client’s specific requirements during the assessment.

HOW OUR ONE TIME SERVICE PLANS OPERATE: When you opt for a one time service plan, a single charge of $139.99-$199.99 will be applied to your credit or debit card, depending on the chosen service package. Subsequently, with your consent, we will remotely connect to your device and carry out the services specified in the aforementioned chart.
Upon completion of the service on your computer, you will have a period of 7 calendar days to report any unresolved issues pertaining to the original service provided. We will rectify these issues at no additional cost, in accordance with the terms and conditions. However, if you require remote service beyond the 7 calendar day window, you will need to purchase an additional one time service package or a monthly service plan before we can proceed with any further assistance.
Please note that on site repair services are available depending on your location. The prices for these services may vary based on the distance, severity of the problem, and preliminary diagnosis. Prior to any on site service or repair, we will provide you with a free quote. It is important to be aware that third party service providers are independent entities and will have their own pricing and service structure. Therefore, we advise you to review all the details with your matched service provider before entering into any service agreement.
